Seeking to re-classify the land in Survey No.350/9B situated in No.61, Panaiyar Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Kancheepuram District said to be belonging to the petitioner, two representations have been made on 09.03.2015 and 07.10.2015. As no further order has been passed, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representations of the petitioner dated 09.03.2015 and 07.10.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
