W.P.No.3483 of 2015 and M.P.No.1 of 2015 K.K.SASIDHARAN,J This Writ Petition is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner through letter dated 27.07.2015 to the Registry.

2. This Court passed an order on 24.03.2015 directing the first respondent (The Director of Collegiate Education) to consider and dispose of the proposal submitted by the petitioner dated 04.06.2013 on merits and as per law.

3. However, while typing the order, it was inadvertently recorded as first respondent instead of third respondent (Bharathiyar University).

4. The second paragraph of the order dated 24.03.2015 shall read as follows:

"2. The third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the proposal submitted by the petitioner dated 04.06.2013 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

5. However, the time limit of two months stated above, now, shall run from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed today (14.08.2015).

6. In other respects, the earlier order dated 24.03.2015 shall stand.

7. Registry is directed to incorporate the above amendment in the

second paragraph and issue a fresh order copy to the parties. 14.08.2015 cs W.P.No.3483 of 2015
