ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction not to harass the petitioners.

2. The contention of the petitioners is that under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the guise of enquiry, on the complaint given by one Easwar, the petitioner has been constantly harassed by the respondent police. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that on the complainant given by the petitioner, current paper has been received by the 1st respondent on 06.08.2021, in which, enquiry conducted and there after legal opinion obtained on 09.08.2021 and the case has been closed as civil in nature. The copy of the closure report is served to the 2nd respondent on 12.08.2021.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed accordingly.
