The respondent filed a suit in O.S.No.167 of 2013 before the learned District Munsif, Nagapattinam, praying for a decree of injunction.

2. The petitioner has come up with this Civil Revision Petition to direct the learned trial Judge to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. The learned District Munsif, Nagapattinam is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.167 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 31.1.2017.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
