The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in this Civil Miscellaneous Petition some defects have crept in and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Miscellaneous Petition and made an endorsement to that effect. He also submitted that he will file a fresh petition to receive the documents.

2.Recording the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
