This application has been filed by the applicant to appoint Advocate Commissioner in the above suit for division of the suit schedule mentioned properties by metes and bounds and to handover 1/6th share of the Ground and Premises from item No.1 and 1/6th share from vacant land of the item No.3 and 1/12th share from the land and building from the Item No.2 of suit schedule property and to handover 1/6th share from Rs.1,84,306/- with accrued interest if any on the said sum.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

5. Mrs.D. Sujatha, Advocate, Enrolment No.MS.145/1997, No.47, Oriental Insurance Building, 3rd floor, Armenian Street, Parrys, Chennai - 600 001 (Cell No.9940656693) is appointed as the Advocate Commissioner. The initial remuneration of the Advocate Commissioner is fixed at Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) and the parties have to pay the remuneration according to their respective shares. The Advocate Commissioner shall file her report on or before 21.08.2023.
