O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed seeking quashment of the common award dated 31.01.2018 passed by the Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore in I.D.Nos.344, 347 & 351 to 353 of 2012.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, during the pendency of this Writ petition, the petitioner management entered into settlement with the workmen and the matter got settled in between the parties.
