The parties to the dispute have arrived at an amicable settlement before the Madras High Court Mediation Centre. The Mediation Report has also been filed by the Mediation Centre stating that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement.

2.The Settlement Agreement entered into between the parties to the dispute dated 20.01.2025 has also been placed on record. In terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 20.01.2025 signed before the Madras High Court Mediation Centre, this petition is disposed of. The Settlement Agreement dated 20.01.2025 shall form part of this order. No costs.
