ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 2259 days in filing the petition to set aside abatement caused caused due to the death of the deceased 3rd respondent in the above CMP.No.5348 of 2017 in SA.SR.No.4644 of 2017.

2. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

Hence the petition is allowed and the delay of 2259 days is condoned.
