Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to Na.Ka.A1/9939/2015 dated 23.12.2015 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue patta for land comprised S.No.469/1B (which was sub divided from 469/1) measuring 45 cents of 0.18.0 Hectares of Jayamkondacholapuram Village, Jayankondam, Ariyalur District in the name of petitioner.
