A.No.3827 of 2023 has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 91 days to file application in setting aside the abatement due to the death of the respondent P.Kumar in A.No.4925 of 2022 in the above Original Petition. A.No.3828 of 2019 has been filed seeking to set aside the abatement due to the death of the respondent P.Kumar on 03.10.2022 in A.No.4925 of 2022 in O.P.No.193 of 2019.

A.No.3829 of 2023 has been filed seeking to bring the LRs viz., the proposed respondents 1 to 5 herein for the deceased Respondent P.Kumar.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances and having regard to the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of these applications, these applications are ordered, accordingly.
