Criminal Appeal has been filed under Section 378 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records and to set aside the order of acquittal in S.T.C.No.20 of 2013 dated 08.04.2014 on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate Court for Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing cases, Tiruppur and allow this appeal and convict the accused for the offence under Section 138 of NI Act. respondent/accused.

J U D G M E N T

This Criminal Appeal is filed against the order of acquittal in a private complaint initiated under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The impugned order is dated 08.04.2014. The private complainant preferred appeal before this Court in the year 2014. Later, for want of jurisdiction, it was transferred to II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruppur. Again, pursuant to the order of the Division Bench, the case was re-transferred to this Court.
