Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or order or direction in the nature of writ directing the 1st respondent to release the stipend amount of Rs.1,62,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Sixty Two Thousand Only) to the petitioner for the internship period from 29 March 2016 to 28 March 2017 based on the representation dated 25.05.2017 (in WP.No.29947/17) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.VINU PRADHA Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.TM.

PAPPIAH Special Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents the court made the following order:- This Court directed the petitioner to approach the 1st respondent to return all the documents, when the matter is called today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the documents/certificates have been returned to the petitioner. In view of that, no further order is necessary.
