This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall continue to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., till the final report is taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Tiruppur and after it is taken cognizance, the petitioner shall report everyday at 10.30 a.m., before the learned Judicial Magistrate -I, Tiruppur till it is committed to the Court of Sessions and after it is committed to the Court of Sessions every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till completion of trial, quite apart from Court hearing dates in Crl.M.P.No.1409 of in Crl.O.P.No.23678 of 2023 dated 02.02.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that charge sheet is filed and the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
