This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to accept the OTS proposal given by the petitioner by way of a representation dated 28.03.2019.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 17.03.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 23.03.2023. When the matter was taken for hearing on 23.03.2023, once again there was no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 27.03.2023 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for Dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.
