The application has been filed to bring on record the respondents 9 and 10 who are the legal representatives of the deceased 7th defendant as defendants 11 and 12 in the suit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Since this application has been filed due to the death of the 7th defendant, it is submitted that the proposed parties / respondents 9 and 10 are the legal heirs of the deceased 7th defendant, the application has to be allowed in the interest of justice.

4. Accordingly this application is allowed.
