O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to act upon the representation dated 07.09.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for rectification of mistake that occurred in patta at the time of conducting UDR Scheme.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent has already fixed the date for enquiry on 5.11.2020 at 3 p.m.. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 1st respondent has already called the parties for enquiry and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to provide necessary opportunity to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner as well as respondents 2 and 3 and proceed further with the enquiry and pass orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
