This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 07.07.2021 made in W.P.No.14069 of 2021.
2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Kumaravel, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the orders of this Court has been complied with and an order to that effect has been passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer concerned on 01.11.2022 and he has produced a copy of that order also, where, in fact, the plea of the petitioner has been rejected for the reasons stated in the said order itself.
3. Though learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the reason cited in the said order is not tenable, that issue could not be decided, for which, the petitioner can agitate the same in the manner known to law by separate proceedings.
4. In that view of the matter, since compliance has been made, this 2 / 4
