This petition is filed to condone the delay of 112 days in paying the deficit Court fee.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the deficit Court fee has been paid and the delay of 112 days in paying the deficit Court fee is neither wilful nor wanton. There was a delay in depositing the balance arrears of Court fee.

3. In view of the said fact, this petition stands ordered.
