This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5513 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26428 of 2022 dated 24.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, charge sheet is filed in this case.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
