ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 13.03.2023 before the first respondent to remove the names wrongly entered in Patta No.454 for survey No.203/2 situated at Ariyappampalayam Vinnapalli village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District. Subsequently, the first respondent issued notice of hearing on 25.01.2024. Accordingly, the petitioner has also appeared on 26.02.2024. However, till date, no final order was passed in the said representation. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2023 will be considered within a period of six weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
