Crl.MP.No.8476 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.358 of 2024 M.DHANDAPANI, J.

Vide order dated 23.04.2024 made in Crl.A.No.358 of 2024, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 23.04.2024 alone stands relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions remain unaltered.
