PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 3 & 4 from interfering in to the peaceful possession of the petitioner based on civil proceedings in respect of property situated at the two shop named as "Corner Medical with three shutters situated in the ground floor at No.2 G.N.T. Road, Redhills, Madhavaram Taluk, Thiruvallur District, bounded on the north by shop named as "Sri Elumalai Store, East by road with in the Sub Registration District of Redhills and Registration District of North Chennai".

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction forbearing the respondents 3 & 4 from interfering in to the peaceful possession of the petitioner based on civil proceedings in respect of property situated at the two shop named as "Corner Medical with three shutters situated in the ground floor at No.2 G.N.T. Road, Redhills, Madhavaram Taluk, Thiruvallur District", bounded on the north by shop named as "Sri Elumalai Store, East by road with in the Sub Registration District of Redhills and Registration District of North Chennai".
2. The learned counsel for the respondents 5 to 7 submitted that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 7 in O.S.No.114 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Ponneri.
3. It is seen that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 7. Permanent injunction was granted in favour of the petitioner in I.A.No.336 of 2017 in O.S.No.114 of 2017. Therefore, 3rd and 4th respondents have no role to play or to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 7 herein.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
