This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.R.C.No.136 of 2024 vide order dated 08.02.2024 directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the offences registered against the petitioner are serious in nature, hence, he opposed for relaxing the condition imposed on the petitioner.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
