J U D G M E N T

Challenging the order dated 13.10.2014 made in Crl.M.P.No.1495 of 2012 in C.C.No.5 of 2012 on the file of the Special Court for TNPID Cases, Chennai, which was filed by the accused to send the documents for getting expert opinion and the same was filed under Section 45 of Evidence Act.

2. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that they have entered into compromise and deposited a sum of Rs.14,21,000/- and there was a dispute with regard to Rs.4,80,650/- between the parties. To record compromise, the trial Court adjourned the matter to 17.08.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Since the parties entered into compromise, the claim has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
