.. Defendants This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Mr.P.Harikrishnan for B.Rabu Manohar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.L.B.Shanmugasundaram, Standing Counsel for the Anna University / Fifth respondent & 7th Respondent and Mr.Kandhan Duriasamy, learned counsel for the sixth respondent are present. TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The writ petitioner claiming to be qualified for MBA, joined the Course and it appears that she was no qualified to continue the course.

2. As reported by the learned counsel for the parties when she was likely to attend first year semester to be conducted by the seventh respondent, there was some dispute, resulting this writ petition.

Now it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also by the college, producing documents that the writ petitioner discontinued the course, viz., MBA and therefore, there is no question permitting her to sit in the examination, whether it is the first year semester or thereafter, thereby, it is concluded, the writ petition has become infructuous and liable to be dismissed. Hence, as per endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner which is endorsed by the other side also, the writ petitions have to be disposed of.

In view of the endorsements made by both the counsels, the writ petition has become infructuous and disposed of accordingly. Consequently connected the miscellaneous petitions are closed. This Lok Adalat award is passed in terms of the above settlement.

The full Court fee paid shall be refunded to the petitioner in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
