ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan J.) This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed by the trial Court in Spl.S.C.No.14 of 2022 dated 05.06.2023 and enlarge the petitioner herein on bail, pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal No.812 of 2023.

2. Since the records have already been received and the typed set of papers are also made ready, this Court is inclined to take up the main appeal itself for final hearing. Hence, this criminal miscellaneous petition is closed directing the Registry to list the main appeal for final hearing in the usual course.
