Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st and 3rd respondents to demolish the building built by the 4th respondent in s.No.406 of Kattukudalur bus stand at Cuddalore District and evict the 4th respondent from encroachment. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked as public interest litigation alleging the unauthorised encroachment by the fourth respondent/Primary School in the area.

2. Representations are stated to have been made by the petitioner and acknowledged in June and July 2014, which have been subsequently filed with the typed set of documents.

3. We are of the view that the representation made by the petitioner can be considered by the second respondent after notice to all concerned and be disposed of by a speaking order within three months of the receipt of this order.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
