This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 14.03.2019 made in IA.No.333 of 2019 in OS.No.294 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Avanashi. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main suit

itself was disposed of on 10.08.2021. As such, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
