2. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this revision, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. O.S.No.278 of 2008 is filed for partition. The suit is at the stage of final decree proceedings. The parties to the suit are also aged.

4. Considering the above facts, the learned Judge, VII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of I.A.No.1213 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is allowed. No costs.
