ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 20.07.2016 given by the petitioner and to investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.185 of 2016 , and on the complaint given by one Murugesan against this petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.186 of 2016.

4. The respondent-Police is directed to conduct enquiry in both the CSRs by calling both the parties, and take action in accordance with law.
With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
