(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5467 of 2020 dated 13.03.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5467 of 2020 dated 13.03.2020 with some conditions. However, due to the Corona Pandemic situation, the petitioners could not comply with the condition within stipulated period.

3. Heard both sides. The earlier order has lapsed by efflux of time.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh application for anticipatory bail.
