This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.1872 of 2020 dated 18.12.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that challenging the order passed by this Court, a Writ Appeal has been filed in W.A.No.3230 of 2024 and in the said Writ Appeal, an order of interim stay is granted.

3. In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
