Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.04.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and respondents 3 & 4 and giving them personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
