I had requested Mr.C.Venkatesan, learned counsel for the petitioners to check and verify the details and to get back. He has gone through the details yesterday and reports that the amounts have been duly settled. However, he made a plea that the Provident Fund amount and gratuity have not been settled. In case, the Provident Fund amount has not been settled, the petitioners are granted liberty to approach the appropriate Authorities to receive the same.
