ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 01.08.2016 given by the petitioner and to investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 01.08.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 23.08.2016. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
