(Crime No.93 of 2018) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11893 of 2020 dated 21.08.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11893 of 2020 dated 21.08.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11893 of 2020 dated 21.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first working day of every Month until further orders.
