(Crime No.79 of 2013) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5027 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9230 of 2020 dated 25.08.2020 that the petitioner shall report the respondent on the first Monday of Every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5027 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9230 of 2020 dated 25.08.2020 that the petitioner shall report the respondent on the first Monday of Every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.
4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5027 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9230 of 2020 dated 25.08.2020 is modified. Hence, the petitioner shall report before the learned First Additional District
Judge, Tirpattur , on the first working day of every Month, until further orders.
5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
6. The learned counsel for the petitioner also brought to the notice of this Court that on earlier occasion, a Miscellaneous Petition was filed in Crl.M.P.No.4751 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9230 of 2020, seeking for extension of time to execute a bond and the said petition was ordered by this Court on 07.08.2020. While drafting the order, it was inadvertently typed as follows: "3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and the time to surrender is extended by further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed automatically".
7. The above said paragraph shall be modified as follows :
"3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and the time to surrender is extended by further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, failing which, the petition for bail shall stand dismissed automatically".
8. Registry is directed to incorporate the said changes and issue fresh order copy.
