ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu, has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking his custody.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the detenu has eloped with another lady after marrying the petitioner. However, further investigation is still on.
4. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the habeas corpus petition stands closed with the further direction to proceed with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
