This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties vide order dated 23.11.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22323 of 2017.

2. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, 10 days time is extended from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for executing the sureties before the trial Court as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22323 of 2017 dated 23.11.2021.
