This application has been filed to restrain the first respondent /first defendant from in any way dealing with the trust properties either by creating any encumbrance either by way of mortgage or sale, pending disposal of the suit.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the first defendant submitted that as G.O.Ms.No.218, dated 21.12.2021 has passed allotting amounts for demolition and reconstruction of the property, there is no necessity for the first defendant to deal with the property.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, this application is closed.
