This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for an issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondents relating to the impugned order of reversion passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2436/A5/A5/2013 dated 26.03.2014 and consequent order passed by the 3rd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.812/A1/2014, dated 01.04.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to permit the petitioner to continue his duty as B.T.Assistant(English) in Panchayat Union Middle School Mukkurumbai.
