ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A6, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420, 109, 506(1) of IPC in Crime No.19 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.There is no representation for petitioner.

3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused persons joined together and cheated the defacto complainant and his friend to the tune of Rs.19 Lakhs. Hence, the complaint. 4.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the earlier the petitioner filed anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.32990 of 2019 and the same was withdrawn on 29.01.2020.
