Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the entire records of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.4146/2016 dated nil-6-2016 signed on 13.06.2016, quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents from in any manner convening the meeting under Section 205 of the Panchayat Act.

The petitioner challenges the notice issued by the 2nd respondent under Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act.
2. It is seen that when the petitioner was functioning as a president of Sembadaakurichi Village, the said notice was issued and now the term of the office is already expired.
