ORDER

By this application, the Official Liquidator seeks permission to undertake fresh valuation of the stone crusher unit of the company in provisional liquidation and for orders incidental or ancillary thereto. SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J rna valued previously pursuant to order dated 25.01.2023 in Comp.A.No.57 of 2020. Thereafter, it is stated that the sale could not be effected on account of non receipt of offers from prospective buyers. The Official Liquidator has indicated the funds position of the company in provisional liquidation, as on 31.03.2025, at paragraph 13 of the report. There appears to be sufficient funds to undertake the same.

2. Accordingly, this application is allowed in terms of prayers (b), (c) and (d) of the Judge's summons.
