O R D E R
When the criminal revision was taken up for hearing on 29.08.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment and hence the matter was directed to be listed on 11.09.2018 "for disposal".
Accordingly, today, the matter is listed under the caption "for disposal", but, when the matter is called for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even though the revision is pending from the year 2013 and the matter is listed under the caption "for disposal", there is no representation for the petitioner and hence this Court has no other way except to dismiss the same for non prosecution. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Hence, the criminal revision is dismissed for non prosecution.
