This petition is filed to condone the delay of 188 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard Mr.C.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2. Despite notice having been served on respondent 3 and the name and address having been shown in the cause list, none appears for respondent 3.

The delay is 188 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 188 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
