This petition is filed to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the above Cross Objection.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.

4. Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 47 days in filing the Cross Objection is condoned and the petition is ordered.
