ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition of the order passed by this court in Crl.OP.NO.9520 of 2020 dated 29.06.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9520 of 2020 dated 29.06.2020 with certain conditions. He would further submit that due to pandemic situation, he could not comply with the other conditions and now he is ready to comply the conditions.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply the conditions made in Crl.O.P.No.9520 of 2020 dated 29.06.2020, from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
