This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 81 days in filing the criminal appeal as against Judgment dated 03.12.2024 passed in Crl.A.No.277 of 2017 on the file of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 81 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
